Cancellation Fees

If you wish to cancel tracking on a vehicle, a removal fee of $50(ex GST) per unit will be applied. If you have purchased the tracking unit outright and opt to retain it, you are free to do so. Our technicians will oversee the removal process and provide you with the tracking unit if you decide to keep it.

In instances involving rental units, if the vehicle has been in an accident leading to damage to the unit, the removal fee will be waived. However, a replacement fee will be charged for the loss of the unit: $200 (ex GST) for a Powered GPS Tracking Unit or  $600 (ex GST) for a Smart Camera unit.

Hardware Protection Plan

For peace of mind, consider enrolling in our Hardware Protection Plan on your hardware rental unit. This plan offers you the opportunity to avoid replacement fees for your tracking or camera unit in the unfortunate event of vehicle-related damage where the unit cannot be recovered.

  • Monthly Premium:
    • $2 per month for a Powered GPS Tracking Unit
    • $4 per month for a Camera Unit
