Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition from sales to service.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the scheduling manager to coordinate hardware installations and with fitters to ensure installations are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Customisation and Setup: Tailor the Cartrack platform's features, reports, and configurations according to the specific vehicle type and customer requirements. Ensure all systems are operational and meet the customer's needs.
• Training and Support: Coordinate with the training team to provide comprehensive tutorials for customers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about how to use the Cartrack system effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all installed features function as expected. Address any issues promptly to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers post-onboarding to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, installations, and configurations for ongoing support and service management.
