Fleet Platform Overview
This video is an introductory tutorial for Cartrack Fleet, our fleet management system. It provides an overview of the interface and demonstrates how to navigate through its menus.
Live Tracking & Viewing Trips
The focus of this video is on how to use the live tracking and trip history features of the system.
Reports

Cartrack Camera

MiFleet

MiFleet is packed with smart algorithms and business intelligence to help you make smart decisions about where you can save. Select the MiFleet tab on the platform and visit the dashboard, and choose the cost category you would like to know about– such as fuel, tolls, fines, tyres, maintenance, accidents, and insurance. Get a cost breakdown for all your vehicles and then make comparisons. So, you can get a report on your fleet’s fuel consumption to avoid fuel wastage, and identify which vehicles are more cost-effective, as well as detect any possible fuel fraud.
Cameras
Download PdfCartrack’s easy-to-use video system has up to 8 internal or external AI cameras to keep drivers, fleet and cargo safe.
They can detect all types of events and signal alerts to avoid potential dangers on the road, such as forward collisions, distracted/fatigued driving, smoking, yawning and cell phone detection. Use the footage to train and show drivers how they can improve their driving behaviour and increase their safety on the road. Access the AI dashboard via FleetWeb and select the “LiveVision” icon, and choose the AI safety camera events trend overview. To view the AI events, select the vehicle you want to view on the map, and the day of the event. The Vision filter under the “Layers” will list footage of all the AI events. The footage will automatically be recorded and stored if there is any AI event, which you can playback or download.

Delivery
Download PdfA tool that offers a way to power your deliveries and communicate effortlessly with your drivers.
Conveniently streamline the process between management, drivers, and customers from start to finish. The feature intuitively allows drivers to take orders and make deliveries on time, and dispatchers too can create, assign and monitor orders and drivers’ status. Select the Delivery tab on the FleetWeb platform, and select a driver to view their information and location. Here you can view all the driver’s jobs for the day and sort them by route or job, and their status. The drivers can log in to the App where they will have their job-to-do lost. They will set their status, accept, start and complete a job.
